My question is somewhat difficult to notice.
in the year 88 is a basic project of a single-family house in La Carolina. are 69 square meters base and has two floors and an attic.
The project basic work was completed almost entirely. The only thing missing are:
Interior divisions (to divide two rooms, bathroom and kitchen)
install the bath
install the kitchen.
(I've heard that taking long finished I need not adapt to the new rules, is that true?)
The House is not legalized then. I'd like to know the steps to follow to conclude the mentioned legalizing it and without that cost me a lot.
